Request deletion of your information
Enter the email address your request concerns. If you have an account, use the address on it so we can find your records.
What happens next
We record your request the moment you submit it, and that moment starts the response clock. Under California law we will respond within 45 days, and we may extend that period once where the law allows and tell you if we do.
Before we delete anything, we verify that the request is genuinely yours — usually by emailing the address you gave. This protects you from someone else asking us to erase your records.
Some information may be kept even after a deletion, where the law lets us — for example, records we need to complete a transaction, comply with a legal obligation, or defend a legal claim. If we cannot delete something, we’ll tell you why.
